Hi, I’m Sabbath!


Sabbath is a passionate advocate for healthy living according to the Bible and God's plans for our lives, she known for her expertise in nutritious cooking, anti-toxic pots, mindful eating, and active lifestyle choices. Her journey towards embracing a wellness-centered lifestyle began several years ago when she experienced a personal health scare that prompted her to reevaluate her habits and priorities. Then in 2023, God showed her a dream about healthy cooking shows and a few months later she was introduced to non-toxic pots by a friend who purchased it months prior. She was shocked that about 99.9% of cookware are toxic. There needs to be an awareness enlightenment.


Driven by a desire to reclaim her vitality and well-being, Sabbath immersed herself in the study of nutrition, culinary arts, and fitness. She dedicated countless hours to researching evidence-based practices and experimenting with wholesome recipes, gradually transforming her diet from processed convenience foods to nourishing, whole ingredients.

Sabbath enjoys sharing her knowledge and culinary creations with others through various platforms, including her accountability program through Teachable called Girl, Your Health Matters.


In addition to her culinary pursuits, she is a fervent advocate for regular physical activity as an essential component of overall wellness.
